So there is this poster over there on the discussion page that actually explained to not use the Presets that are available for download right.

He then explains exactly how he wants you to install ENB on the game.  Provides Links to figure out what reserved memory I should use and what Memory Total.

I ended up finding out that the preset values were way to small for my setup.  So before I never actually noticed better anything but following the link to a specific part of the Step Guide and they got me looking through my control panel and inputting way higher numbers.

Flip the Game on, I head right to Whiterun.

Mods were

JK's Whiterun (I'd been thinking about uninstalling this!)

SMIM (Thought I'd try it out again)

Skyrim2K the 2x1K version right

Inconsequential NPC's

So right it should choke that's been my normal experience with this setup I mean just outright slide show.

Thing is this time I ran right past about 30 npc's and had better frames than I did outside with nothing around just an hour ago while playing ?

Gotta be a dream, gonna wake up tomorrow and see cans of beer laying around the computer.

Thanks :)

I re-did my ENB stuff and it actually pops up now in the corner. I guess the enblocal that came with the enb mod I got didn't work for some reason with ENB boost.

10-20 FPS increase now (dunno if that has to do with boost, or the enblocal I previously had a bunch of stuff that lowered performance or both)

No more crashes!

My game looks vanilla with improved textures and more foliage, as I'm not using enb effects...but vastly more stable than even vanilla was for me. I'm not even getting stuttering anymore, and I got that even with vanilla skyrim with hd textures.

Thanks :D
