zensunniwanderer Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 I've been having an issue where subsequent to some event enemies are no longer hostile to my PC. It seems to be a result of one or more factions my PC has been added to; player.removefromallfactions fixes the problem. I've been unable to find console commands or another method of listing all of the factions the player has been added to in an effort to debug the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks. <3 Note, I have both Death Alternative and Defeat installed, I used their menus to clean and deactivate them with no result.
zensunniwanderer Posted May 9, 2015 Author Posted May 9, 2015 I have verified that removing both Defeat and Death alternative then cleaning the save using SaveTool has no effect. Enemies are hostile for a fraction of a second then then enter a non-hostile state. As above, removing all factions from the player allows them to become hostile again. Unfortunately I've not yet found a method of using the console (or the creation kit) to list all factions the PC has been added to. I've removed my player from obvious factions, i.e., those labelled calm, to no effect. [EDIT] Did I do something stupid? I was previously labelled "advanced member" now it says Member. Not that this is important but if I did something silly I'd rather know. Thanks.
zensunniwanderer Posted May 9, 2015 Author Posted May 9, 2015 Update: I seem to have solved the issue of non-hostile enemies by removing estrus charus+ (version 3.93b) while I was systematically turning off and cleaning mods. This is odd in that I removed the player from both of the estrus factions I could find prior to uninstalling and cleaning the mod but the problem persisted, I'm wondering if I missed a faction that was not so obviously named. Whilst this is fine for this instance of the problem I still think some convenient method of determining the player's faction alignment in the game would make for an excellent debug tool.
