messing with the ini files

a few moths ago i decided to mod my ini file to up performance using values in ugrids mods ,

but i decided to tweak the values that start with the letter "i" with hex values instead of decimal values still working on it though and making a few adjusmen but anyone interested to look at it please take a look Skyrim.zip
