How to Convert Armor to UNP?

So, I'm looking to learn how to convert armors to different body types. I really want to take the Blue Stripes Commando Armor from here:

And convert it so that it fits to UNP. How difficult/time consuming will this be for someone with no experience in this area? Where should I even begin?
