I don't get the Thieves Guild Quest Blindsighted

I don't know if this is a bug or if I completely destroyed my game but I just don't get the Thieves Guild quest Blindsighted although I reloaded my save-game before entering the Nightingale Hall several times. I talk to Karliah & then Brynjolf & when the dialogue with Brynjolf ends - nothing. Or to be exact it doesn't even end 'cause the text 'Let's get it going.' (or something like that) doesn't disappear except I press Tab but then no new quest appears.

I don't know if this matters but I installed Suberb ENB yesterday & decided to deinstall it today. I had some problems with the game (like auto-unequip arrows didn't work anymore) then & I recovered my backup from before I installed Suberb ENB. But I think now that I have an old backup recoverd this shouldn't be a problem anymore.

I hope someone can help me.

Save before you do this but maybe try:

 

Open console (~)

setstage TG08B 10

 

There's a space between "TG08B" and "10"

No the quest still doesn't appear D:

Only the map & even if I travel to this spot it still doesn't appear.

 

Edit: Never mind. I decided to load an old save-game. I think it has something to do with the issues of Suberb ENB I had. Still don't know if this will work but I suppose it will.

Sorry for doublepost, but it seems no quest will be activated if I don't reload older saves several times. It's like good or bad luck. It's not only the thieves guild but every quest I begin and want to continue, but the problem is that most of them won't update themselves.

I just don't know anymore what to do. It's no fun repeating every quest for about 5 times. I don't know if reinstalling skyrim & all mods will be a solution.

So before I do that, can somebody by chance give any solutions to me or some hints or tricks or whatever? Or does anybody know by chance what is causing this issue?

I'm feeling completely desperate ;____;
