Need some texture advice...

I've recently embarked on using Mod Organizer to begin a new run of Skyrim and after some research have settled on using UUNP Special as my body replacement; however, it requires a UN7B texture set and I'm having a hard time locating any (likely due to so many having been hidden/pulled during the paywall fiasco).

 

I've only located one here (and I'm having difficulty with links in this forum right now... I can't even paste the address - or any text - right now) and it's the body replacer by Alan from ANK and the textures included in it are specific to it and state it won't work well with UN7B.

 

As for Nexus, I've found three: Caramel Skin (which I don't care for), 7B Textures for Female SeveNBase which is actually just a continuation of Caramel Skin for a few races and Real Girls Realistic Body Textures.

 

So, can anyone point me to a few more for comparison or have any other texture suggestions?

Well in the requirements section of Unified UNP, it says:

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Bodyslide 2 (v2.2d or higher)
XPMSE 2.3 or greater
A UNP Body Texture Set for the UNP Side (base and HDT)
or a UN7B body texture set for the Plus side

 

So any UNP texture will work. The only reason they say to use a UN7B texture, is if you're using large body sizes cause the texture stretches well (I am assuming). Otherwise any UNP texture should work just fine.

No, UNP only covers UNP and UNP HDT in UUNP, for UNP HDT+ or UNP Special you need UN7B (at least according to that section of the website).

Ah okay, after reading a bit more into the thread you're right. You need UN7B textures for the HDT+ and Special bodies. Weird, as CBBE Bodyslide doesn't require different textures for different shapes, they all work fine. Yet UNP Bodyslide does. Just odd is all.

 

Sorry I don't use UUNP myself, so just trying to help based off what I have read is all.
