SKSE Crashing

So it seems when I try to launch Skyrim using SKSE it crashes on load up, but if I run it from Mod Organizer it launches just fine, not sure what the propb is. Tried re-installing SKSE with no luck. Re-installed by hand and used he installer but no go... Could a MOD interfere with SKSE but work fine with Mod Organizer?

If your using Mod Organizer

 

Your not supposed to load the game outside of MO.

 

So Im not sure what the issue is when your able to load the game skse withen MO.

 

Your probably hitting an issue where your mods are not loading cause your trying to start the game outside MO.  This might mean that the information that needs to be there isn't.

 

Basically you haven't explained enough about your problem.  When you start outside MO I have no idea if your missing mods in your non-MO assisted install order.
