Sidereel Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm looking for a decent VPN service that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. I like to watch videos on sites from other countries, like BBC, and I'm in America so it's blocked. I don't want a crummy browser proxy because java can easily break it. I can't trust any websites giving reviews since a closer look reveals it's usually spam or paid for by the service they're reviewing. Does anyone know of some decent affordable true vpn services? I was using Kryptovpn for a while, and it worked well. I had a hard time figuring out if it was truly a vpn and not just a proxy though.
GSBmodders Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 ibVPN I have not used it for a long time and even then I only used it for the free trial they offered after the trial period ends it's 4.95 a month you have access to BBC which is all I really cared for, I never looked for other networks so I cannot say if the connections equally good all around but BBC never slowed down it kept coming in nice and smooth. It wasnt bad but tv even english tv just isnt my thing, and it cut into my time spent reading so I gave it up at the end of the trial
