Need Help with a modtype mod.

I've just recently picked up the Vampire Bride clothing mod from Modtype. 
Apparently I CTD every time I get to the title screen which makes me believe the mod requires something I don't have. Does anyone have any suggestions?

if i translate japanese right it says "if you gonna used 7b version you have to got main file then override it with 7b version ...............

i think it's mean you have to download cbbe version first

 

I'll try cbbe version and see if i got ctd

So far I'm googling and reading through I assume Korean sites.. So far it seems like I need HDT Heels.. Seems like it's the most likely considering both mods are made by Arrow and Knee Mod team.
