Everyone's Got A Dick (Schlongs of Skyrim / Sexlab Issue)

Well, this one is sort of inexplicable and probably involves me screwing up an installation somewhere (what else is new), but essentially, nearly every NPC in my game has a penis. Man, woman, old lady. I don't recall changing any settings via the mod configuration menu, but it's been a long time since I've tried solving this.
