CDT upon entering Winterhold

[Anurabis]

So I started a new safe and my game just ctd's when I try to enter winterhold I don't know why at all I don't even have any mods modyfying winterhold so I'm pretty clueless

Now, I'm not sure why you have this issue but when I viewed your load order I noticed something "wrong". It is advised, as far as I know, to have the unofficial patches right under the dlc master file so your load order will be something like this:

That may help as you originally had the unofficial patches in the opposite order. Keyword: may.
