Missing in Action mystery

So I found something odd, and can't find ANY information about it anywhere.

 

While doing the "Missing In Action" quest:

 

 

 

I've cleared out Northwatch Keep and obtained both keys. In the Interrogator's bedroom I found a treasure chest called the "Interrogator's Book Chest". It requires a key to open, and neither of the keys I found in the keep is a match.

 

Has anyone run across this? There is no mention of it in any walkthrough that I've seen, nor any mention of it on any forum I've checked. I feel like maybe it was added by a mod, but I can't figure out which one or why.

 

So is this chest normally present in Vanilla Skyrim? And if so, where is the key for it?

I found this message a tad late, but it looks to be from the Wolfclub mod.  To verify that, do this: open your console, type help interrogator, and check the first two digits of the item code for the chest.  Compare that to your load-order - if the mod's position matches that number, then that's the source.
