Edit the map marker in the CK (open the exterior cell that contains it, if it difficult to find a quick way is to open an interior cell that is close enough, go to the teleport marker (Usually a yellowish block with an arrow), click on it and say yes to go to the other cell.)

You will see something like this.

Just go in the section "Marker Data" and put the name you want.

Use the window that lists all the items in the cell when you open the exterior cell.

Then just check all the items until you will see the map marker.

It can be hidden, be sure also that you enable markers in the CK edit window (M is the standard hot key.)

In the Object Window go in WorldObjects->Static

Then type in the filter "MapMarker"

Then do a right click on it and select "use Info".

In the Use Report you will see all the cells where MapMarkers are available.

You can find it by "Cell Editor ID" or by "Cell Grid".

If you look at the screenshot the cell for the exterior in my example is 40,-25 (Wilderness).

And the mapmarker is a Static (so you will see the icon that is similar to a stylized house).

In the preview/edit window the MapMarker is a green box with an M inside.
