You can use different options to change the stage. The simplest thing is to use command

ForceStageIndex=[Number]

I did so when I took my screenshots on ship of Helena. It can not be reached in the game in the usual way.

 

But you can use the script Bryaniora for DOA5LR. Only it needs to be changed a little.
