CTD when Entering Combat

For the past few days, I have been trying to get my game to work in a manageable way, and when i though I hand fixed it, I found that whenever I tried to attack anything, my game would instantly CTD right when the weapon, be that arrow or sword, hit the NPC. Playing vanilla, this didn't happen after a test. I found a few threads saying that mods like OBIS and Sounds of Skyrim caused them, so I disabled them and I still crash. Starting a new character doesn't change anything. I cannot figure out the cause. I use Mod Organizer, I cleaned all my files with TESVEdit, and even made a Wry Bash Patch and nothing helps.

 

EDIT: I seem to have found the problem. For me it was the Floating Healthbars mod.
