Devious Devices (Maybe) - Spider Egg Cluster won't disappear

I won't bore anyone with a long story. Basically, my character shagged a spider and got eggs laid in her ass. I can try to remove them, but it always fails,  - something about not having enough dexterity -  and the eggs stay in place. I've also tried removing them via console, but to no avail. 

 

Any ideas?

I believe those are from SD+.  I think you can try talking to an apothecary to get them out.
