I've slightly achieved this using SoS and Slimmer male bodies for SoS, but I haven't found any *GOOD* skeletons, aside from this obscure one. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7029/?Using the high elf option, I pretty much got it how I wanted, but it's very incompatible and even FNIS breaks it.
