NPCs are not Animating

Ok in a nutshell after installing everything i decided to go in the game and try it out. 

Well When Engaged it doesn't make sense because I manage to do the animation

but the NPC raping me just stands still so it's super weird e.e I ran Fnis btw. 

I'm not sure how to fix this and i've seen forums with the exact same issue but 

with no solution. Please help Btw the game is torrented so steam is out

for me.

In other words, it's a pirated copy? That's why it's not working right, and it's highly unlikely that you'll get technical support here for pirated software.

It's fine , i figured it out and managed to get everything running very smoothly actually. The fact that its pirated has nothing to do with it fortunately. I had a friend with the exact same issue but i'm sorry for not including that in the post. Off-topic but i'm too poor to buy skyrim @  @
