long delay in animation start

Just recently I noticed that the animations are taking an exceptionally long time to start if they start at all. The last time I got something to work the npc played out but the pc did not eve remove armor by the time it was done. Everything works fine in older saves so it just a recent developement.

 

any ideas?

Thats probably script lag,  Go download http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14950/?

 

This mod has a latency tester in the mcm menu. Run it and see how much your delay is. You can uninstall the mod afterwards.

 

Also, post your load order.

I'm not familiar with most of your mods I'm afraid. But I bet it's due to script lag.

 

I'd try run the script latency test from the mod and see how much you have so you know if you can rule that option out or not.

 

 

 

Edit: Probably not related to your problem but I'd swap out UFO for another follower overhaul. I'ts really outdated. I'd use AFT.

Not sure if it helps but here is my latest papyrus.

 

So I run the latency test, most are 150 some are 240 and I even get as high as 6 figures, but I don't know what's causing it.
