Okay, so I'm running through the vanilla content. I'm doing the whole thalmor embassy party. Ive dresed up and Im ready to go.  I give Delphine my gear and she allows me to board the carriage. As i'm boarding the carriage I notice my camera acts a little weird and positions itself to the center of the cart. I pay no attention to it and continue. 
 
When I arrive at the embassy, my camera is centered on my character. Ive noticed that this has happened before and I usually reload to fix it. But thats not the big problem...I give the guard my invitation, I pass and walk up to the door. Its unclickable. There is no font that asks me to click, no "Open Door, press E", Nothing...
I walk over to the guard, I can't click her either. No ability to. The drunk dude behind me seems to have stopped also, he talks to the guard and doesnt go in. 
 
I reload the game back to try it again, but same thing happens. Please note that everything is fine before I get on the carriage. I can click things and steal horses. But that ability has stopped once I get to the embassy. I installed this,

 In the video it describes the problem as the player gets the ability or the request to activate an item but the player cannot. 
 
I however, dont even get this option. I install the mod and it doesnt work. It actually does not even recognize the missing activation. Whats going on?

Have you tried opening the console and entering the command "enableplayercontrols" ?

That fixed it. But why did it happen? Strange things have been popping up lately. Errors that I've never had before seem to be occurring.

It should fix most of your issues. Thanks to that guide and a few of the people here at Lovers Lab, I now have the most stable and enjoyable Skyrim experience I've ever had. If you have tips on tweaks and whatnot, feel free to ask. I've done lots of research on .ini tweaks.
