shedidwhat Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 As more DoA mods are created, we are ( or at least I am ) going to need a way to organize them in our systems. does anyone have any good ideals about HOW to do this ( yes I'm a Umod noobie )
BlaxsonTeller Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 I have a folder in steam directory called doa5lr mods and then i have a folder for each girl. "Rachel", "Mila", "Hitomi" etc etc and then i just put each mod in the folder it downloaded in.Drag and drop into uMod one by one.
NismoMan Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 I'm doing exactly what BlaxsonTeller is doing except that I store the mods in my root directory. I have 3 folders, 1st is "downloads" (Where I dumb all downloaded mods), 2nd is "installed archives" (where I move all the archived mods I have installed from downloads to here), and the "Mods Directory" (Here is where I place all the textures that I'm using with uMod). Anyways, the better question is this; can we have a "downloads" section here fpr DOA LR like in Skyrim and Fallout? The way I see it, mods are going to keep on coming and they'll probably eat up the Adults Gaming forums sooner or later. Also, it's easier to keep track of all released mods if we had a downloads section (upload dates, modification dates, ratings... etc.)
newbie123 Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 Have a look at this http://www.gamevixenzone.net/hot-stuff-21/doa5lr-modpack-2020/ I will ask the modders here also for permissions.
