Requiem - Stuck at Skyrim Logo + Reqtificator cant import Reqtificator Vault.esp

Hey everybody,

I followed the instructions of the official Requiem install Guide for MO but im still stuck at the Skyrim logo.
I ran the Reqtificator and it worked but I couldn't get past the Skyrim logo so I checked Requiem and noticed that MO moved the ReqtificatorVault.esp to the optional esps.I moved it to the available ESPs as suggested by the guide but after I did that I always got the error that Reqtificator can't import ReqtificatorVault.esp even if I moved it back to the optional esps so I copied it and moved it to the .jar file (G:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Mod Organizer\mods\Requiem - The Roleplaying Overhaul\SkyProc Patchers\Requiem) then it worked - somewhat.I get a white window after the Reqtificator is done with 'mutating people' that just stays there.I left it there for 20 minutes and nothing happened.Im running MO with admin rights.
When I start Skyrim now I just get stuck on the Skyrim logo.

**Note : There is a possibility of deactivated eps showing down there.MO saves all the esps in its load order file,not just the activated ones.I had to delete the inactive ones by hand.

When sorting my Load Order with LOOT it moves the Requiem Patches all around the place and the Requiem esp to the top so I moved allof them down by hand.

 

 

If you need to know which patches Wrye Bash merged tell me.This Load Order only shows the activated esps,not the deactivated ones that were merged by wrye bash.I hope you can help me I really dunno what to do.

 

EDIT:Ok I fixed the Reqtificator Issue.Turned out it was an OutOfMemory error,added the -Xmx1024m parameter to it and it worked.

 

Edit 2:Fixed the not loading of the main menu.I organized the patches in a more logical manner,re ran wrye bash and Reqtificator and replaced the requiem patch central patches for Falskaar and Wyrmstooth with the Falskaar and Wyrmstooth NRM patches.
