FPS problem

My game run only in 12-20fps.

SO I tried Reinstalling the game.. so I'm playing completely vanilla + update.

I installed SKSE and other Memory plugins. but when I play games I only had same fps 15-25fps without mods or texture packs..

 

Here's my specs:

I3 4150  3.50ghz

Win7 OS64bit

8gb RAM

AMD HD6570 2gb ddr3

1tb HDD

1600x900 reso.

 

As I surfing through this forum I saw some members that has same specs or below specs over than mine but can run 30-60fps without mods..

it's weird why mines running slow playing only vanilla.. btw, I'm using FPS counter.

The problem is the graphic-memory (ddr3 is old and slowly)

You should be getting a little more than that, your settings aren't maxed out right? Also you may want to lower your resolution a little bit or lower settings.
