Comfortblynumb2 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I'm having some weird issues. The game has a weird slight lag to it, I'll attack, after the animation plays, it'll usually register the attack and do the correct amount of damage. When looting things off a counter, i'll pick one of the things up, and the rest'll disappear. Still allows me to see whats what, by using the crosshairs and the name of item, but visually its gone. Then this brings me to SexLab, i'm unsure if everything here is caused by the same things. I'll use something like Irresistable Aura, and the animations run fine. But when trying to activate Defeat, I go down on one knee. Get stripped, then the NPC stands there, no sound plays, no animations start. Now, if I hit 0-) key, it advances the animations 1 stage, (opening the console does this also) it progresses like this Death Alternative activates PC Stripped Standing (no animations starting) hit Console or 0) the male NPC strips hit Console or 0) the male NPC grabs my female begins SexLab animation Now that its started, it will not progress unless hitting Console or 0) in between. The reason I believe this is in Defeat, is because I can still use Irresistable Aura just fine, but i don't even know where to begin, in terms of what mod to begin trying to uninstall / reinstall, I have not yet run BOSS, but i have run TES5Edit and that came back fine. Thanks in advance, and if you need any further information I can supply it
TheDude2014 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 i recommend first using these: Mod Organizer- for managing mods loot- for organizing load orders (not boss) TES5EDIT- ofc ur using that alrdy but ill add anyways Wrye bashed patch- patchs mods so they work better together fnis- for animations skse- needed for alot of mods Im not saying u dont got all of these but def go for loot instead of boss is more stable. Now if ur using mod organizer like u should be hehe, then disable all mods and enable them 1 by 1 till u find culprit. Easier way send load order and ill see if ur missing any mods or in wrong order.
Comfortblynumb2 Posted March 23, 2015 Author Posted March 23, 2015 Thanks man, with work, and cooking dinner and such, i'm really limited to around 3 hours a night to mess with it, really frustrating to only have so much time and things not working ya know. So I can't describe how much it would help if you could look at it. However, I'm unsure how to link my Load Order, so what I did was to use the Snipping Tool to SS it from NMM I'm not sure if this is fact, but the problems with the SexLab animations showed up, when I tried to change bodies to CBBE and get TBBP to work. I found a UNP alternative when that didn't work for me. But it seemed that that may have been where the animation issues started. Can't be positive though. When I started having issues, I tried to group all of my SexLab mods in the load order. The reason Defeat is on the bottom, is because i tried removing and reinstalling, (that worked previously). The issue may also be with Schlongs, i'm completely unsure here. Anyways, heres the SS's thanks again for your assistance. Also, one thing i'd like to add. Where do the animations come from? Is SexLab the thing that makes them work? But ZaZ or FNIS is the actual creator of the animations?
Comfortblynumb2 Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 Ok, update. I'm still fiddlin around with this When I go to the option in dialogue, "want to hook up with me?" it CTD.
Comfortblynumb2 Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 Scratch that, it was due to something with Schlongs. Fixed that issue, not the whole thing though.
Comfortblynumb2 Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 Ok, yet another update. There is no fix needed here. I run two computers, an Intel Xeon and a Core i5. I've been using the Xeon for awhile, and it has working mods, everything is fine on it. When I started to hear that the Xeon isn't made for gaming. I tried to set up the Core i5, that's where I was having issues with the mods. It ran slowly (i believe it to be a HDD error) when I ran a SMART test, it came back that the disk queue is running slowly. So maybe its something to do with a slow HDD, regardless. It had a worse Graphics card, worse power supply, and overall it ran slower. So i'm back to my Xeon, and as I have the money I'll build up the Core i5 with an SSD and Sata on the side.
