Skyproc Patcher consistency error?

I've ran the patch probably 20 times before for dual sheath redux with no problems.

This time my computer crashed in the middle of it (I don't know if the patcher caused it) and when I reboot and try to run the patch again I get an error message (pic related) every time it loads up a new mod. I dont know what would happen if I hit ok 244 times but I'm sure the patch would be screwed up.

Anyone know what is causing this? Google is turning up nothing, scouring the threads that use skyproc (perma/dual sheath/req etc...) turn up about 2 user posts in all the threads combined having the same problem but they are never answered.

I've rebooted clean

Moved my save games completely

Deleted the skyproc folder and clean installed it

Ran LOOT again

Ran the patcher with only the base game, DLC's, and immersive weapons loaded

I can't think of anything else I could do

This is the message in the debug

To add, my other skyproc patchers work perfectly fine. I have a feeling that my computer crashing mid patch for dual sheath caused somthing to go terribly wrong and it is now screwing up every time I try to run it. But I have cleanly re-installed it, is there java files being saved outside of the skyrim /data folder that is causing this? That were maybe corrupted during the crash?

Found the problem. It was indeed a file outside the skyrim /data folder.

In mydocument/skyrim/Skyproc there is a consistency file for each skyproc patcher. Just delete it.
