D3Dx9_34 error -.- any solutions?

So yesterday I was playing my laggy SKYRIM (laggy bc I just found out my 2014 HP laptop has an AMD graphics card which isn't optimal for SKYRIM) while testing out some SEXLAB mods but I forgot to plug in my Charger so I got a low battery warning and I was exited out SKYRIM right when I was saving & sent to desktop. Then I tried to reboot my SKYRIM but I just got a pitch black window. I shutdown my HP & tried to run SKYRIM & when I do either from SKSE or steam it CTD after the Bethesda logo plays & tells me "D3Dx9_43.dll" is missing.

I backed up my SKYRIM using steam & played the disc to reinstall it & Im still getting the error

i think you just need to reinstall directx

Depends if you have SKSE installed, I presume so, if this is the case, reinstall SKSE, most current beta version, then see if you still get this error, if you do, then you will need install the most current DirectX runtime for your system.
