Serena bugged for me

for some reason  i   cant    do  "R-Time on serana"   plus   no  bad guys  can   do the S-lab Deafeat on her   they touch her then shes gets up 

 

so  shes is either bugged   or  she is immune to  the S-lab Defeat

 

 

 

 

 

never mind fixed   a  simple in game reinstall   of s-lab
