Can anyone convert this Ada Wong RE2 armor from CBBE to UNPB-BBP or UNP???

Actually UNP would be better. But i dont mind have both versions.

Go download Bodyslide 2 with Outfit Studio. It has a conversion setting specifically for cbbe to unp/b. Takes all of 10 seconds to do, once you get it downloaded and installed.

 

Given the key cbbe vs unp texture spots are covered by clothes on that mesh, you don't even need to fiddle around with textures.
