Missing Devious Devices meshes?

All of the armbinders are invisible, when anyone equips them, their hands are invisible but the animations still play properly. I used NMM the first time, and recently reinstalled them manually with no effect. 

I have Assets, integration, and expansion as well as captured dreams, and only the armbinders are invisible, but only when equipped.

 

I think I should clarify, when I am in the inventory screen the armbinders look fine, and when I drop them they appear, but when I equip them they are invisible.
