Playing Animations?

So i've never understood how using animations work, all the time I'm directed back to "SexLab Matchmaker" and I do enjoy using it, BUUUTTTT: it seems to select animations at random. I use the Non Sexlab Animations and it says to pick the ones you want and refresh the animation registry but it is still a chance game. Does anyone know how I can pick the exact animation I want to play like Halo's poser ring mod or something?

Use sexlab's "mark target" too have sex with, then go into the mcm menu, animation editor and select the animation u want too play and hit play.
