Bad Scripts/Too Many Scripts causing Lag/Stutter? (Log Included)

I'm pretty experienced in Skyrim Modding. I know most if not all the work arounds and fixes and utilities. I use Mod Organizer with LOOT, ENBoost, SKSE-Shesons Memory Patch, Safety Load, Cell Stabilizer, PapyrusUtility 2.8 and couple of other small fixes. However I still run into what I think is script lag. I've followed this guide: http://www.creationkit.com/INI_Settings_%28Papyrus%29 as well some of whats posted on the STEP Project page but I still get delayed sound ques and temporary freezing/stutter in and out of combat but mostly in combat.

CTDing has NOT been a problem for me whatsoever. I've only got two CTD's in-game and that was early on. I thought the issue might have been due to me using an ENB which turned out not to be the issue after I tested my game twice with and without an ENB. I thought it was due to the newly added Safety Load which wasn't the problem either. Furthermore, I spent something like a total of five hours yesterday testing various Papyrus settings and I still get the same Stutter or temporary freezing and delayed sound ques.

By looking at my Papyrus Log below, can anyone tell me if this can be attributed to too many scripts running or too many bad errors and such? Because when I look thru the log there seems to be a lot of warnings and errors and variables/instances not being attached. I've been thinking of removing some mods however this is my first ever set up of the SexLab and its mods so I've been in a testing phase. Help?

(EDIT: One more thing, that particular Papyrus log is from my first to second save. This save hadn't seen any of the new mods I have installed over the last two days. So when I loaded it and saved the game for a new Papyrus Log it has ALL of the Mods I'm using and currently testing which is around 130 now. I know it's not a good thing to load all these Mods at once like this but this is just to get an opinion on my Papyrus log)

The script lag is an issue for me as well I think, though it is not always. I think it occurs someplaces where there are high memory usage, like near the wolfskull cave.

With the mods I've installed and me checking the Papyrus logs I assumed scripts were a big issue for my game. I've been testing my game on and off today like crazy. I started an entirely new save with something like 5 or 6 mods including SkyUI, Brawl Bugs Fix, SXP, Alternate Start: Live Another Life and I forget the other two. I was still getting stuttering and lag in combat. Again, I was using nothing from all the dirty sex mods that I have downloaded over the past few days and I'm still experiencing delayed sounds and temporary freezing.

I know that I installed some Mods manually but I made sure they were turned off save for the ones that kind of just run anyway which were sex lab related. So I deleted everything from this second skyrim installation of mine except for the Mod Organizer folder and have downloaded an entirely new installation of Skyrim. I'm thinking this issue has to do with hardware now. This second skyirm is not on my primary hard drive but runs and plays just like my main installation of Skyrim just without the delayed sounds and freezing/stuttering.

I have yet to go in game and test this new and fresh installation of Skyrim to see if the issues still persist because I'm absolutely just beat today. I replied to a post of yours on another thread and one thing I left out was that when it comes to isolating and diagnosing issues in Skyrim Mod Installation, you have to assume and consider every possibilty that might be screwing up your game :/

Pretty sure SE_MainQuest spam is from spouse enhanced, there is bit of a fix for that on Spouse Enhanced forum, vpoteryaev post on page 60 solves the spam I think

Yeah that was one of the first mods that I removed but I found out that my stuttering and delayed sounds were not attributed to bad scripts or too many scripts. I don't even have to be in combat for some of these issues to arise. I can stand around by myself just slashing the air with my sword and the "wooshing" sound wont happen until two or three seconds after the action was completed.

Thank you for warning me about Spouses Enhanced though. I'm gonna go bookmark some stuff on its support thread.

Well I'm happy to report that my issues are gone or at the very least at a minimum. I've installed an entirely new SexLab Skyrim onto my primary HD with installing every single Mod thru Mod Organizer and I have zero issues. It seems that hardware was my problem as I had this second installation of Skyrim on another HD. I've gone out into battle many times without any stuttering or freezing or delayed sound ques. The only thing I can complain about are that the jump landing sound ques sometimes don't happen at the right time and that Khajiit tails are stiff but apart from that I'm happy. I'm about to install an ENB and start a new game for real this time.

Yup. My second HD is kind of old. Its about 4 or 5 years old. I'll be getting a new SSD later this year to replace the old hard drive.
