magic menu crash

for the past two days I ve been having a CTD when trying to open the magic menu, the game is up to date and ive tryed learning a new spell but this still happens...can anyone help me please...is there a fix for this or a modded magic menu

Are you sure the crash happens when you open magic menu or it happens to crash when you open the menu? If not, I suggest checking your mods. If you have any. And a small tip: Try to attach your load order to the OP. Makes everyone happy.

it happens when i go to the magic menu on the left no ctd when i open the menu

 

UPDATE ..2 MARCH 2015....turns out it is a simple coding error in the  game , which was present when the game was initially released then Bethesda released the first patch/update which resolved the issue for 70% of users but its still present ,and causing CTD for users, A 5 min change of code and all is working perfectly
