Skyrim Camera Issue

So I've been wrestling with this issue for a while, googling around and haven't found a solution yet or really even anyone with the problem as the only thread I found was on Nexus where the poster was banned for using a pirated copy (which I am not using).  When sprinting my camera jerks up then returns to center in both 3rd and 1st person views.  If anyone can shed some light on where the issue is and maybe how to fix it, I'd appreciate it.  A video is included for your viewing pleasure so that you may actually know what I'm talking about.  The video is safe for work.

I would say probably ImmersiveFP since it directly effects camera.

I thought that as well, but uninstalling IFP doesn't fix it and the bug is still there.

I'm unsure of what else it is beyond maybe something corrupt. 

 

Just a few suggestions:

 

Maybe try a fresh game and test it to see if it still  exists.

 

Run LOOT and see if there is any conflicts.
