Need some help with analyzing my Papyrus log

Hello everyone,

 

There is something that I need your help with. Recently I have some weird fps drop issue. My fps drops over-time from 5x~6x fps to 1x fps and only run smooth again when I travel to another cell, cpu and gpu load is low, and my skyrim only use over 2gb of memory. I checked my system temp too, but everything is fine. Only happen in some certain area, most noticeable is Dragonsreach, no stuttering, fps just decrease overime, everything is very responsive, no gameplay delay, no sound lag, no menu delay, script latency always under 100ms.

 

Somebody told me that it happens because something keep spamming in my papyrus log, so here it is, I hope somebody could help me analyze it. I notice some warning messeges, but dont quite understand them.
