Elemental Fury make a wash out white color bug, is there any spell/shout that darken?

I got this bug whenever I use Elemental Fury, the wash out color or brightness stay and doesn't return to normal, and I use it twice making my save game file permanently cover in white wash out color.

 

Are there any spell/shout that has opposite effect to darken the color whenever you use?

 

I made a mistake of overwrite my last save files, now I have to roll back more than 2 days if I can't solve this. Please help.

 

PS: Everything is normal, open map, menu and such, just the environment and everything has extremely high brightness/gamma. Loading and new game seems to have no problem so it just the brightness level of the save game file.

Hmm, I just found out if I use console command "teofis" (Toggle end of frame imagespace effect) The color is back to normal, but I have to do this everytimes start the game and I can't view any spell effects at all T_T.
