Can Import XNALara mesh files?

I've seen good maid cloth. This!

And downloaded in XNALara version.

Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate - Maid - Ayane.rar

But can't import mesh file to blender.

 

There is no way import mesh extension file?

There's an import script for it somewhere.  Had the max one for ages now.  Try the homepage for xnalara

^That, Just use xnalara to convert it to .obj file

But not working!! There is noway in googling..
