Spear mods

Hello (pervert) brothers and sisters of loverslab community

So, lately I've seen these mods that add spear combat to Skyrim:

 

First is "Spears by Soolie"

And the second one is "Duke Patrict's Spears in Skyrim"

I'm in a mood of "poking around" and wondering which mod function better (less laggy, more stable, lighter on script etc)? and more fun? anyone who used any of these (or both) could give me some advice ?

Duke Patrick is okay, but it made all weapons use the spear running animation for me which was stupid. But for a 100% spear character it is pretty good and balanced.

i was looking into spoolies but his PCEA req ended my curiosity . sure looked good though.

it needs PCEA but its worth it, its pretty fun to see bandits running at me with javelins or going full spartan at me
