Workaround for some FNIS problems related to Mod Organiser

Hi,

First of all I'd just like to say I'm taking a break from Skyrim and mods, so probably won't be coming back for a while.

I had some basic SL mods installed, and encountered problems with FNIS unable to find certain files like Benthilurker.hkx (or something like that - I can't remember what it was called and it's uninstalled now) and problems with it saying that FNIS didn't have the latest version installed, etc etc etc.  It's probably due to me not being able to figure out how to empty the overwrite folder properly in Mod Organiser, but I think other people might be experiencing the same problems too.

After some research, it appears the problem seems to lie in running FNIS in Mod Organiser, and the system doesn't seem to like it.

My workaround was simply to install FNIS using Nexus Mod Manager, but run everything else in Mod Organiser.

I then ran FNIS through Mod Organiser by finding the executable and then creating a shortcut to it in the Mod Organiser dropdown menu.

I installed FNIS creature pack in MO, and after running FNIS, then installed creature pack, and ran FNIS again.

This seems to sort out lots of problems, and suddenly all the mods were working properly.

Hope that is useful for some people.
