Request - can someone create a new one hand weapon animation?

more specifically the one when the character moves with the weapon drawn, i've grown tired of it, was hoping to find one where the characters hands are at his/her sides rather than a ready to poke position

(blade weapon, not sure if staff is the same as i don't use it)

 

are there any animations for what i am looking for? i've only found a standing still animation
