Skin issue - bad complexion when outdoors

I have problem properly naming the issue so take a look at comparison.

 

Skin outdoors not in direct sun got this bad coloring /saturation / shading as if ill.

Issue is not present indoors , never.

 

I'm using realvision ENB with ELFX. But when presing shift+f12 it is still present - just harder to see with everything becoming darker/less saturated.

 

Different skins doesn't help it and even become worse.

 

Any ideas?

 

EDIT: I did try no ugly skin shine but doesn't help. Face light help for face area but thats that.

Thanks but it doesn't help -  skin just gain few tones in color making it even worse. I used the manual version.

Also using realvision and having skin problem with SG renewal.

It would seem it is issue between light effect mod (ENB / ELFX) and grainy skin texture

 

 

So i either can change skin for some baby smooth one that doesn't suffer from this problem or change ENB... Any suggestions for good realistic ENB without this issue?
