Problems with ENB

so guys i re installed my skyrim from zero, but now im facing some dun goofed problems like this one

 

 

there's no way to fix it?

 

Using Kyo's northern lights + ELFX COT and SS

this is from realvision faq, but kinda hits what you expierience so take a look into it

 

 

"Half of the screen is black"
Set EnableMist=false in enbseries.ini.
