Camera problems

So all of a sudden (no mods installed inbetween), my fps camera doesn't have my arms moving with it as it usually does, causing this:

 

 

 

Any idea what's causing it?  I have the camera mod from Nexus and I tried some tweaking with it, but it didn't seem to help.

 

Also (a minor problem, but still...), my armor being sleeveless in 3rd person (modded), but with sleeves in 1st person (as it is in vanilla), is that  the way it's supposed to be or is that the armor mod problem?
