RaceMenu Tattoo Mod Help

I'm about to start another playthrough and want a tattoo for character.

 

This is the one I'd like:

I'd like for it to be on the upper back, in between the shoulder blades.

I've tried the mod "VWR RaceMenu Modmaker on the Nexus with no luck. If anyone could make it for me or point me in the direction of learning to do it myself, I'd appreciate it.
