[Request] Armor (clothing?) Based on Anime Character

For a while now, I've been hooked on a manga and anime called "Needless", where everyone is absurdly powerful and their clothes denote such power; the less you have, the more powerful you are (that's not the plot, just how I perceive it). One female character's costume has my attention however, and I've attached two images showing how it looks. Due to the incredible simplicity of the costume, I decided to see if anyone would be willing to recreate this.

 

Here's the specifications of what I'm requesting;

- The costume shown (Cloak can be red or brown, doesn't matter)

-- Using proper cloth textures, not flat textures. Kinda like the various cloth seen in the game normally.

--The flap parts capable of moving like the skirt on the Wolf armor

--Boots are proper boots, not high heels. She isn't a dainty lass with no self confidence!

- All clothing, not armor. Yes, even the gigantic metal...bracers?

- Fitted to Calientes Female Body Mod (preferably Slim variant since everyone's thin in the series)

-- Yes, there's no underwear under there. She's commando.

- Increase to Destruction magic for all of it, save for gloves (bracers?)

-- Bracers increase unarmed by a fair amount.

- Green hair wig, if possible (If there's a hair mod that looks similar, do tell)

 

 

If someone could do this, I'd be greatly appreciative. I have zero ability to model, so seeing this happen would make my day.
