[ENCHANT] Minor Alchemy => Minor Speed

I know Skyre makes the change, I also have all the required compatibility patches. 

 

I have gone through TES5Edit and have checked magic effects, enchants, items. 

 

All have been changed from Minor/Major etc. Alchemy to Speed.

 

But for some reason, in-game items with the Movement Speed enchant is still named Alchemy. 

 

Disenchanting it will give show that it is actually Movement Speed. 

 

I have also checked bash patches, and they all have the correct edits made to them.

 

So I was wondering if anyone by taking a look at the loadorder would lead me in the right direction and let me know what it is that is causing the game to revert all those edits.
