Skyrim stability problems

[Kombat Wombat]

I can never seem to get a stable Skyrim, i always either freeze or ctd every ten minutes. Usually after my game freezes, that save becomes unusable, as in when i select it, it never loads.

 

Can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong, or if this kind of stuff is normal with a somewhat heavily moded Skyrim?

i can't help you solve all yourp roblems, but, usualy when a save does not load, try to start a new game, and after the character creation you can load your saved game without problem almost always
