Not able to speak to certain NPCs

Hey guys, I'm new to this modding stuff and just got through a playthrough with only one mod, Knocked Up, so I went and downloaded some more mods and started a new file. They were all fairly easy to install and things were going good. Till I noticed slowly, I cannot speak to certain NPCs. Once it happened to Lydia and I had to go back a few files and redo a dungeon but she was fine, some with General Tullius. Now Adrianne, Lod, the blacksmith from Riverwood (funny they're all blacksmiths), and the original steward of Mistveil Keep in Riften, I cannot talk to them. I am not sure WHEN this started but I started to notice issues when I download Immersive Weapons halfway through this playthrough. I've tried removing it and the problem persists. 

 

If you guys can PLEASE help me narrow this down, one of the mods is clearly clashing with the others and I don't know, I'm just not skilled enough to figure this out. I'm going to list my active mods here...

Is there something I'm missing? To be honest, I am a little confused. I know I downloaded SexLab to meet some requirements and in turn, had to download some other required mods. If someone could help me, I would be eternally grateful. I don't want to start over, again, but if anyone can help me narrow this down and if removing something and restarting is all I can do, I would again, be so grateful. I don't want to start a file over again and have the same situation start up again until I can figure out what's going on. Anyways, thanks again for even reading this, I appreciate any time you all put into helping me. Thank you so much.

Is that Realistic Ragdolls and Force something I'm missing? Like, does the skeleton need it? And the patch...I moved it to the second post, right below Skyrim.esm and right above Update.esm. I'll go play and see if that fixes anything before I try the Ragdolls and Force, thank you so much for helping me, I'm glad someone is lending a hand. I've been flying blind in a lot of this.

Well, I tried moving my Unofficial patch up and I still can't talk to some NPCs. And that list isn't 100% in order, I know I forgot a few and just added them at the end. Any more tips? I didn't download that Ragdolls and Force mod yet, do you think those would fix it?

The problem is with the "Animations" mod, or "Harvest Overhaul"  "Harvesting Animations" as it was called before. 

It blocks objects from activation, so when you activate it by pressing "E" it can play the animation, then unblock the object after the animation is finished and continue with the usual activation.

Sometimes though the blocked objects get stuck in the blocked state and you can't activate them anymore. resulting in what I think you describe above.

In the latest version of the mod there is a MCM where you can enter "emergency Mode" and a "manual unblocking" mode. Then you hover the mouse over the affected object, select "unblock" if it is blocked and deactivate emergency mode again. The Object should then be repaired.  :o

 

This drove me insane as well until I somehow accidentally found the reason for it..  :D

This, and that drove me to uninstall the mod.
