How do you get these mods to work?

Everyone know's this guy but I can't seem to get these to appear or work in-game the readme can't be read in my native tongue so I am hoping someone here can help me with this set of mods.

You need to cast about 8 times to activate the magic.

Yep, you need to pump it 8 times before it takes effect to the enemy.

Thanks for the help guys. It took 2 restarts for the spell to auto show up. Works like a buggy charm after that

How do you get that working. Install fine. Although I don't know what to look for. Is it an item that causes that effect? A pre cast spell? Do you obtain it through a bat or quest? Searching for it within the console turned up nothing useful.

Sprint at moment you're being hit, that's it. However, the timing is extremely short. So, I can say it is useless in most of the time.
