Mod Recommendations

Okay, so I'm kind-of newish to modding Skyrim for aesthetics, as opposed to for functionality. My Skyrim looks pretty basic, and I wanted to make it look better, can anyone recommend me mods (Body and/or surroundings) to install? I have basically none, or am willing to get rid of any that I do find that I have.

 For bodies, honestly there are tons on here and on nexus, Really depends on your preference Skinny, Very big, in between etc.

I remember seeing a mod(s) somewhere that made the world very photo-realistic. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was one single mod or a combination of mods~
There's a lot to choose from, so I guess your only limitation for choices would be how powerful your PC is. c:

My PC is pretty powerful, for the sake of listing mods, let's pretend I can run any mod.
I have my body mods now, just a few more questions.
1. Can anyone recommend an ENB Preset that looks good? There are many to choose from and I don't know which to try.
2. When I look closely at my character, you can clearly see crosshatching, even with "http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36425/"and all of its required mods. Is this going to happen no matter what, or is there a way to fix this?
3. With above body mod, my character has weird tanning. What's the reasoning behind this?

Choosing an ENB depends on how much of a FPS hit your willing to take. Not sure if its because of all the texture and mesh mods I have but one of the lightest ENBs, RealLike ENB, drops me from 60FPS down to 36-41FPS.

Ignoring the amount of FPS drops, whats one that looks good and you (anyone) would recommend?
And again, if anyone can answer those body problems, that'd be good.
