Perk menu is really buggy.

Not really sure why. I recently did a fresh install of Skyrim and a bunch of mods (the reinstall wasn't related to this issue), and I'm pretty sure Perkus Maximus is the only perk mod I downloaded. Here's a couple snapshots of some things I've been seeing recently, anybody know what's up?

Well, here's one of the snapshots, and what's going on with my perk menu. I can't take a snapshot of the other for some reason, but I keep getting an error message in-game that says "programmer error: please initialize at least one of zadkeyword/zbfkeyword", not sure if that's related, but I've never seen either of these before. 

 

Edit: Was able to figure out the zadkeyword/zbfkeyword issue, unfortunately it's got nothing to do with the perk menu issue.
